  1. What an incredible endeavor. To be commended for your forethought and caring of the forgotten. I do pray that these women are recognized but if not they are now remembered.

  2. That’s incredible. Thank you for giving these nameless women a voice – a chance to be found – a chance for their families to gain closure.

  6. Thank you all for your comments and recognition of these women, it’s with the help of people like you, from all over the world that perhaps these women may find closure, or at least draw attention to the issues that affected their lives.

  7. Very moving, what a wonderful thing to do. I do hope that maybe some might be recognised and families can have closure. It is nice that these women are now remembered and not totally forgotten. Well done.

  8. I’m very moved by your paintings. These women were born, and were children and were hopefully loved by someone…

  9. Absolutely incredible. What you have done for these poor souls speaks volumes about you. To have spent their last precious moments of life alone or with their murderer and to be forgotten, not remembered or never found, is truly sad. Although, your paintings can not bring them back or justify their life, maybe just maybe, someone will recognize them. Someone, somewhere will be held accountable for the atrocities committed against them. In the meantime, we will grieve for these woman. Incredible

  12. This is amazing work but would like to have known if the women that were murdered had their cases solved as one of the women u painted the way her body was left sounded identical to a case I once came across n the killer was a truck driver they believed had killed more women he mainly took women that were nicknamed lizards that went to truck stops to see if the men were interested in sex or drugs.
Keep up ur work hope some of these women get identified

    1. Hi Christina, thanks for your comment – which Jane Doe are you referring to? I only had their public case files to work with but would love to find out more about any of the women.

  15. Thank you for giving these nameless woman a fraction of respect few seemed to have had while they lived. So heartbreaking, all are someones daughter, perhaps mother, sister, friend.

  16. This is such an amazing tribute to all those people, not just women, who have died and had no one to mourn them. A tragic circumstance or a despicable person that has taken their life and not one person has known or chosen to miss them. Or someone who’s been so desperate and alone that they have ended their life with not a person to search for them. I feel this is a genuinely beautiful acknowledgement to anyone who doesn’t have the privilege to die surrounded by the people they love. If you look at the doe network it shows you just how many human beings’ lives end in such horrific and baffling ways, and there are many still out there not found. May God rest every single one of them.
